When you purchase a product from Gol Gift (“we”, “our”, “us”),as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
When you browse our application store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email and Phone number marketing (if applicable): we may send you emails or ad sms or mobile notifications about our store, special offers and the status of your order and will notice you about new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you do a purchase and enter your account/card information, we use only bank given purchase SDK (ex Paypal standard mobile SDK) and we cannot access to any of your account/card information and it will be 100% handled by your legal bank. So we cannot store or see or use your personal account information anywhere.
SECTION 3 – ORDER
How you have to place an order?
To place an order, you have to download Gol Gift mobile application from appstore or google play. After that you can open the app, swipe the product and select one to purchase.
What we do with your personal or receiver’s personal information?
We store and use the information only to make sure your product is delivered successfully. Your chosen greeting card with your personal Text/photo/handwritten message will be printed and sealed. Only receiver can open and see your message.
How will deliver that?
Exactly on your given date delivery, we will make that first, then call the receiver’s phone number (that you gave us on order), and will arrange a time to deliver. If not possible or not reachable on that time, we will store the product in the best situation, and will call again the day after. If not possible again, we will notice you this problem and you product/money will not be refundable. So please be careful to pick a correct delivery date!
How do we let you track your order?
Gol Gift always tried to prepare best facilities for the customers. When you place an order, you can see your order status online on Gol Gift application>Top menu>orders.
Meanwhile we will send you a personal notification when your product is ready to send, and one more notification when delivered.
What’s feedback option?
When we deliver you product, you receiver can leave you a personal video/voice/photo Thanks Message. To see that go to Gol Gift application>top menu>Feedback.
Do we say sender’s name?
Yes, if not or you want to do it surprise, you have to leave a message on Gol Gift app>delivery information> description.
Customer/user keeps all given information responsibilities and gol gift has right to make any suitable decision in unpredictable situations. Orders only must be placed on Gol Gift iOS/android mobile application and any other ways is prohibited and will not make any responsibility for us.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
